Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team across multiple construction projects
- Oversee project cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Review and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and tender documentation
- Manage interim payment applications, client billing, and final account submissions
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate contracts, and certify subcontractor payments
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders (VOs), claims, and contractual correspondence
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, project specifications, and company procedures
- Monitor project budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and improve commercial performance
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Planning, Finance, Consultants, and Clients
- Review project progress and provide commercial advice to the project team
