Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance on commercial vehicles
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on mechanical and electronic systems
- Repair, replace, and overhaul vehicle components in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Complete all job cards, workshop reports, and warranty documentation accurately
- Ensure all repairs are completed within allocated labour times and quality standards
- Carry out vehicle inspections and road tests where required
- Maintain workshop equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhere to dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and health and safety regulations
- Participate in technical training and remain up to date with product developments and new technologies
- Support workshop productivity and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
