Description QIDP/ Residential Site Manager Opportunities to grow in  leadership  and  gain experience  with individuals that have both developmental and mental health disabilities to provide our clients with  care, assistance, and the ability to gain independence!

Schedule :

• Schedule is flexible to the jobs Demands (1 morning shift before breakfast, 1 late shift ending after dinner and 3 flex shifts) + on-call Monday-Friday  & rotating weekend schedule Shift:  Full Time  Location:  Godfrey, IL  Salary : $62,640-$64,639.95 annually + Benefits!  Reporting to the Director of Residential Services, the Qualified Intellectual  Disabilities Professional/ Residential Site Manager  is responsible for managing housing programs which provide people who have different abilities opportunities to live in a home-based environment—achieving the highest level of independence possible.
