Job Description

At CUSTOMER OPERATION SUCCESS S.A.S. we are looking for a Quality Analyst to join us in our team. If you are an organized and passionate professional about Quality Analisys processes, this is the opportunity you're waiting for.

As Quality Analyst, you will be responsible of monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, providing feedback to agents, and identifying areas for improvement in processes and training programs.

Requirements

  • At least a technical or technological degree or sixth semester of a professional degree.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in similar roles.
  • English level B2+/C1.

Job Conditions

  • Indefinite term contract.
  • Salary: $3'000.000 + Commission $390.000.
  • 42 hours per week (2 days off per week).
  • Schedule: Sunday to Sunday 7:00am to 3:00am.
  • 100% on site: Bogotá - Chapinero.
  • Tipo de puesto: Indefinido.
