Quality Analyst (Process Analyst)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of current operational processes across Marsh and MMB Operations.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with operations colleagues and Team Leaders.
• Implement and manage regular quality audit processes, ensuring quality standards are met and corrective actions are taken.
• Produce accurate process documentation such as process maps and SOPs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational and quality failures and monitor improvement plans.
