Job Description
+ Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications
+ Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
+ Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
+ Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and clarify issues
+ Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before production deployment
+ Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective
+ Develop and maintain test documentation, including test strategies and reports
+ Support test automation efforts where applicable
+ Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
+ Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
