Quality and Electrical Engineers (3)

Role:

We are looking to hire a growing team of engineers to support a dynamic manufacturing environment in Collingwood: 2 Quality Engineers and 1 Electrical Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure high-quality standards, optimize electrical systems, and support production processes within a collaborative, growing team.

Key Responsibilities – Quality Engineers:
- Monitor and improve production quality and compliance with standards.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and testing protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement solutions to prevent issues.
- Provide technical guidance to production staff to maintain high-quality outcomes.
