Quality Assurance Analyst I System Updates

**Overview:**

Monitors and/or completes audits of activities of a more basic nature within an assigned area of the Bank to ensure adherence to internal policies, processes and external regulations. Communicates findings to appropriate parties to mitigate recurring issues of the same nature.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Monitor and/or complete audits of activities of a more basic nature within an assigned area of the Bank to ensure adherence to established internal policies and processes and external regulations.
+ Identify issues of non-compliance and communicate to appropriate parties as well as the individual employee as warranted to prevent future recurrence.
+ Maintain records of discovered deficiencies to support reporting and trend analyses of activities.
+ Develop and maintain a current knowledge of the policies, processes and regulations affecting monitoring and/or auditing activities to ensure validity of analyses and findings.
