**Key Activities/Elements**
- Collect and analyze customer complaints and field failure data.
- Prepare quality reports and share with HQ and related teams.
- Track VOC (Voice of Customer) and help derive actionable insights.
- Manage return parts and coordinate with service teams for inspection and analysis.
- Assist in local quality improvement activities and data validation.
- Participate in new product quality monitoring during launch phase.
Experiência y requisitos
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- 1-3 years of experience in quality or customer service (entry-level also acceptable).
- Basic understanding of quality tools (Pareto, Fishbone, 5Why, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in English; Korean is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
