Responsibilities
- Administer, develop, implement, and standardize quality plans and processes for the Greater Edmonton / Northern Alberta Area by working closely with General Managers, conducting quality audits, and adhering to the WCan Quality Control Manual.
- Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team for the region.
- Assess concrete mix designs for quality objectives, opportunities to increase cement efficiencies and reduce total mix costs by reviewing field data and using appropriate technical software.
- Formulate laboratory experiments to quantify desired properties of materials for the development of current products in niche markets.
