You own the Quality, Food Safety and Compliance agenda from design to execution for Tate’s Bake Shop on Long Island, New York. You are directly responsible for leading the site’s Quality Assurance, Compliance and Sanitation teams comprised of salaried and hourly associates.

How you will contribute

As the Quality Assurance Manager you oversee the execution and coordination of Tate’s quality and food safety agenda, from raw material receiving through the manufacturing process and into warehousing. You will need to consistently assess and respond to issues of product quality and compliance, with the primary purpose being to ensure a consistent, high-quality product that meets Tate’s standards and delights the consumer.
