Establish, review and implement functional procedure as well as design the performance goals for each functional services Develop implementation plans and act as a lead to drive for changes and deliveries Evaluate and analyze the service quality against customers’ satisfaction level and feedback; hence to develop relevant action, policies and plans to close the gap Work with Marketing Team to develop CRM and engagement related activities Handle adhoc projects as required Requirement: :
