Job Description
- Must be with experience as Quality Assurance Manager
- With Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Over-all in charge in the implementation of programs geared towards the enhancement of guard’s performance/competence such as security training, day and night inspections, performance audit and assessment.
- Must have a training with ISO (With Certificate)
- Well verse in report writing and investigation process
- Conducts training to clients personnel and security guards/officers on Security awareness – modus operandi of common crimes, Salisi, Dugo-Dugo, Pilferage, Report Writing, Customer Service, Security Survey and Risk Assessment.
- Coordinates and maintains best rapport to clients
