Job Description

• Conduct thorough quality assurance audits of clinical processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Review and analyze clinical data to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and practices.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or clinical auditing
• Skills and Competencies: Active USRN License, knowledge of US medical terminology, and clinical bedside experience
