Job Description
As a Quality Auditor you will perform quality audits of the following: finished products, sub-assemblies, components in incoming inspection and production processes, inspections can be based on an inspection plan or 100%.
ResponsibilitiesPerform final inspection activities in accordance with applicable procedures, quality standards, and work instructions, against customer and AMETEK specifications and drawings.Notify appropriate production supervisors if non-conforming productis found during inspection activities.Identify and segregate non-conforming or suspect finished product identified in final inspection or during process inspections.Keeping inspection report(s) up to date.Support in performing functional and visual evaluations of finished product to determine conformance or non-conformance toapplicable specifications and requirements.Support, if required, production in the evaluation of material designated as scrap from suppliers to determine the final disposition of the sa...
