Job Title: Quality Control Chemist
Job Description
This role focuses on performing wet chemistry and physical testing on in-process chemical samples, ranging from raw materials to finished DEET products, using standardized methods. The quality control chemist conducts analyses using advanced analytical instruments, interprets and reports test data to production and quality teams, and helps maintain high standards of product quality and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
+ Perform wet chemistry analyses and physical testing on in-process chemical samples, including raw materials and finished DEET products, using documented standard techniques.
+ Conduct analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, Flame AA, Karl Fischer, refractive index, specific gravity, and titration equipment (manual and automated) with confidence and accuracy.
