**Requirements/Qualifications/Competence**:
- **At least 10 years’ experience in fabrication or construction environments.**
- **Minimum 10 years coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary inspection teams.**
- **Hands-on background with offshore platform installation and hook-up operations.**
- **Advanced welding inspection qualification: CSWIP 3.2, AWS QC1, PCN Level 3, or IIW CWI-C (QCC).**
