- Lead group of IQC and OQC team personnel for daily QC routine activities
- Monitoring the quality of raw material, component, semi-finished product and finished product to satisfy the specification
- Consolidate shift issue and report to Superior, support QC activity when QC Inspector absent.
- Update and establish the WI for QC department
- Responsible to monitor the vendor and supplier quality performance
- Perform defect sample analysis from production process for product and process improvement
- Prepare and report the quality of outgoing finished goods quality performance
- Establish/update the quality control plan for better quality control of product and process
- Conduct the training for continual improvement and the new recruited QC staff
- Responsible for customer complaint investigation and customer complain report
