Quality Control Officer at Reputable Company

A Reputable Fresh Fruits and Vegetable company located in Tema is looking for A Quality Control Officer to manage its quality division in the company.

Below are the job description for the role;

· Support implementation of quality, safety and environmental management systems at all stages of production, processing and marketing produce and products

· Control fridges, freezers and chillers temperatures three times daily and food handling temperature, checking of expired items in storage, ensure adherence to cold storage rules, FIFO (First-In-First-Out)

· Supervise cleanliness and waste removal to ensure hygienic and safe foods and products

· Supervise compliance to goods receiving, production, processing and marketing standards

· Check expiry dates of produce and products

· Control produce and product weights during production, processing, storage and marketing
