QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER

Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for products and applications Coordinate sample preparation and delivery according to customer requirements Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer formulations Perform quality control testing for raw materials and production batches Validate Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming raw materials and finished products Maintain retain samples of all products for traceability Conduct laboratory testing, analyze results, and prepare summary reports Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment Investigate nonconforming materials and products, including root cause analysis Support troubleshooting of production batches and recommend corrective actions Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required Maintain and control Quality records and documentation Prepare and issue Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in compliance with GHS regulations Create and manage product Cer...
