Product Quality and Compliance Lead
Jewellery / Accessories | London (Hybrid) | £70–80k + bonus

This is a critical hire for a fast‑growing consumer brand scaling globally.

We’re looking for a senior quality operator to take full ownership of product quality and compliance across jewellery, watches and accessories — building structure where it doesn’t yet fully exist and raising standards as the business grows.

What you’ll do
Build and embed a scalable quality & compliance framework

Own testing, standards and regulatory compliance (UK, EU, international)

Lead supplier quality: onboarding, audits, performance and accountability

Translate technical standards into practical, commercial processes

Use data to reduce defects, returns and quality risk

Partner with Product, Buying and Merch teams to embed quality ...
