Job Description
Job details Responsible for the inspection of customer products and the verification of production processes under the direction of the Quality Manager. This role ensures that all products meet customer expectations and comply with the ISO-9001:2015 Quality System ... Product Inspection: Conduct continuous inspection of products during all production processes, including receiving inspections, first-piece inspections, and hourly inspections on liquid and powder lines.
Responsibilities:
Process Verification: Perform necessary testing and documentation according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including water break tests, film thickness/adhesion testing, and E-Coat cure verification.
Documentation & Compliance: Monitor and enforce proper processing documentation, check traveling process information sheets, and ensure all products are correctly labeled.
Auditing: Perform final audits of ready-to-ship materials and associated paperwork.
