   Job Description:  
 The QA/QC Engineer is in-charge of handling all Warranty concerns of products and customers aligned with the provisions of the Warranty Policy. He shall oversee the warranty team to ensure fast, accurate and effective handling of claims and balanced execution of actions to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality guaranty.
 He/She is also tasked to provide general assistance and support to the Service team for service transactions needed for (outgoing) customer orders (ex. Panel assembly, assembly, etc…)
 
   Job Requirements:  
 Graduate of Electric/Mechanical Engineer is an advantage but not required.
 With previous work experience in warranty administration within a similar industry (electrical, lighting and ventilation distribution would be ideal)
