Quality Director – NA Chiller, Zero-Defects Leader

Link-Worldwide in Apodaca, Mexico is seeking a Chiller NA Quality Director to lead a large regional quality organization. This role focuses on developing and deploying quality strategies to ensure compliance with standards and enhance product reliability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in operations and quality leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive a 'zero defects' culture. Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
