Job Description
Responsibilities
- RMA management – lead the failure analysis of customer returns and report findings in 8D format. Maintain database related to customer returns. Coordinate and collaborate with the broader technical team on corrective actions.
- Test Lab – execute and monitor mechanical, electrical, and environmental tests. Generate technical reports and review results with Engineering and Manufacturing teams for product improvements.
- DMRs – assist in the investigation of nonconforming material generated from production, molding, etc. and support the DMR process through final disposition.
- Communication – communicate to various stakeholders, from production staff and managers to suppliers and customers.
- Technical Aptitude – able to read and interpret technical specifications. Familiar with common materials and manufacturing processes. Experience with measurement techniques and tools (including video measurement equipment).
