Quality Engineer (HPE-SVC)

J ob Overview:

• Monitors, controls, and analyzes product and process quality to meet internal and external requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and customer-specific requirements across products and processes Collect, analyze, and report on quality data and defective materials, identifying root causes and distinguishing between component- and process-related issues Lead and support preventive and corrective action processes (e.g., 8D, IPAN), including implementation and follow-up Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve internal quality issues and respond to customer/vendor concerns and claims Manage non-conforming materials through hold/release processes, screenings, rework coordination, and purge activities Support new product introductions (NPI) and product changes with quality planning, documentation, and risk assessment Participate in and support intern...
