Responsibilities:
Lead PPAP and prototype submissions, including documentation of dimensional and material test results to meet customer requirements.Own incoming raw material quality—review certifications, perform inspections, and release materials for production.Investigate supplier quality issues, driving corrective actions, RMAs, and continuous improvement with suppliers.Perform laboratory testing on products and raw materials following customer and internal specifications.Support customer complaint resolution by coordinating containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Drive internal quality systems including layered audits, dock audits, and compliance with customer-specific requirements.Analyze scrap and nonconformance data to identify trends, reduce costs, and lead improvement initiatives across the plant.Qualificati...
