Job Description
**Description:** Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a motivated and driven Staff Quality Engineer for a position based in Grand Prairie, TX to provide support supporting multiple programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Compliance - Perform assessments and audits to ensure compliance with ISO‑9001 / AS9100 and engineering specifications.
• Process Optimization – Analyze the current requirements lifecycle and recommend improvements that reduce cycle time, increase clarity, and maintain full traceability.
• Adoption of Best Practices – Introduce acceleration techniques where they can enhance efficiency without compromising compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Facilitate cross functional teams to build consensus on updated processes and ensure seamless adoption.
