**Job Title: Quality Inspector – Aerospace Components**
**Job Description**
The Quality Inspector measures and evaluates aerospace components to verify that they meet precise dimensional and quality specifications. This role uses a variety of inspection tools and follows documented quality procedures to support in-process, post-run, coating-return, and final inspection activities in a centralized quality department.
**Responsibilities**
+ Measure aerospace components to ensure full conformity to engineering specifications and quality standards.
+ Use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to perform dimensional inspections.
+ Inspect parts ranging in size from approximately 1.5 inches to 120 inches, maintaining accuracy within tolerances from 0.2 down to 0.0001 of an inch.
+ Work within a centralized inspection area where inspection work is scheduled and assigned through a quality queue for in-process and post-run ins...
