Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented person to lead the QC department to oversee quality control processes in our manufacturing facility in Mexico.The QC Lead will ensure that all parts meet USA quality standards as laid down by the company, while driving continuous improvement in production quality and efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field5+ years of experience in quality control within a Millwork or Cabinet Industry manufacturing environmentExperience working with U.S. customers and meeting U.S. quality standardsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skillsProficient in quality control tools would be an added advantageBilingual (Spanish and English) fluencyKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily quality control of parts produced, ensuring compliance with company and industry standardsDevelop and implement QC processes and inspection checklists to maintain product qualityConduct root cause analysis and corrective action ...
