Job overview
MAIN TASKS - PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
QMS
To maintain the Quality Management system.

To identify key areas within the breast unit for developing work instructions.

To agree time limits with line managers for writing and collating all written instructions, notes, guidelines and standards.

To issue and control all work instructions and relevant documentation.

To ensure that all staff are aware of the existence of documentation relating to their work area and that such documentation is in the appropriate location.

To be responsible for up dating work instructions as necessary and ensure all staff are notified of changes.
Information and IT
·Ensure that all information held is accurate and up to date.

·Ensure compliance with local and national IM&T policies.
