Job Description
Your tasks
- Develop, implement, and maintain the site Quality Management System (e.g., ISO 9001, BRCGS Packaging, FSC/PEFC where applicable).
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards
- Lead internal and external audits, including customer, certification, and supplier audits
- Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure
- Oversee quality control activities across printing, finishing, and converting processes (flexo, coating, die-cutting, slitting)
- Define and monitor quality KPIs such as defect rates, waste, customer complaints, and right-first-time performance
- Approve raw materials, inks, adhesives, substrates, and finished products
- Ensure effective change control for materials, processes, and artwork revisions
