Job Duties: Lead the implementation, improvement, and monitoring of the company’s quality management system to meet customer and the company’s requirements and expectations. Lead, develop, and coach branch quality staff to play the roles of (police, doctor, and coach) and facilitate quality branch activities to ensure compliance, identify and resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives, while facilitating quality-related activities at the branch. Maintain and improve Branch Quality Management team and system, processes, and procedures. Support the organization to meet customer expectations for products and services.
