This role leads cross‑functional problem solving, manages quality and yield engineering teams, and ensures products meet strict performance, reliability, and customer standards. Success requires strong semiconductor process knowledge, analytical capability, and collaborative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Yield Management
Monitor yield trends and drive improvement across all fab modules.
Apply DOE, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and root‑cause methodologies to reduce yield loss.
Lead responses to excursions and validate process changes and experiments.
Oversee data review, modeling, pareto analysis, and failure signature identification.
