About the Role
As a Quality Service Analyst at CLBC, you represent CLBC as the primary point of contact for service providers. You will lead negotiations for funding and service levels, review and monitor contracts for service quality, develop and approve new resources, manage service requests, and ensure crisis response systems and resources are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with Facilitators about support requests, service availability, and resource suitability
- Conduct on‑site monitoring reviews (homes, staffed residential facilities, programs, etc.) and investigate competency and service issues
- Assist individuals and their families who are experiencing a crisis, working with the Facilitator
- Recruit and develop new service relationships
