Responsible for the appropriate distribution and accessibility of the documentation within the organization. Develop and documents systems and procedures which enable better document control.

• Receive all documentation from ECR’s, NPI and support departments to allocate and control
• Verify documentation to assure it meets the minimal requirements according to the document.
• Maintain all documentation updated and controlled to comply with external regulations and internal company procedures
• Training within the organization in all procedures for document control
• Document distribution for new and reviewed documents
• Handle the storage and retrieval of information in an accurate, consistent and thorough manner.
• Responsible of Document control changes
