Job Description
Gap Personnel who operate as an employment business are currently recruiting for 1 Quality Technician for an innovative packing company based in Nantwich, Cheshire.
Role: Quality Technician
Job term: Permanent Position
Location: Nantwich, Cheshire
Working hours : 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
Annually Salary : £30k-£34k (based on experience)
Job description:
- Implementation of food safety and GMP standards and procedures.
- Ensuring that the standards laid down in the QMS are being adhered to.
- Start-up and routine quality surveillance within a food production/ packing environment
- Routine product sampling and on-site analysis (e.g. pH, viscosity, organoleptic)
- Collecting microbiological samples, water samples, environmental swabs and hand swabs as required. – Sample submission to the testing laboratory.
