Mô tả công việc: CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi và đặt hàng dựa trên dữ liệu MRP, đồng thời giám sát mức tồn kho. Bạn sẽ nhập chi tiết đơn hàng vào cơ sở dữ liệu nội bộ và chuẩn bị thông tin cần thiết cho hoạt động mua hàng.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

• Follow to place order based on MRP data and monitor stock level.
• Enter order details (ex: vendors, quantities, price, etc) into internal databases.
• Prepare all require information and data for purchasing operation to create and process order.
• Track order and ensure timely delivery.
• Solve supplier quality issues promtly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments for solutions.
• Routine Supplier Performance reporting. Analyze performance data to prioritize and execute improvement activities.
• Respond customer audits.
• Prepare data for ISO, IATF
