  Overview 
 Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction firm in Cape Town.
 In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process for various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
 
  Responsibilities 
 Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
 Manage and monitor project costs, including variations and claims
 Conduct site measurements and ensure accurate take-offs
 Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and execution of contractual agreements
 Prepare and assess tender documents and contracts
 Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any financial issues
