We are looking for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Contracts Manager (Building Solutions)**to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our Building Solutions projects in Norway.
In this role, you will take charge of both the financial and contractual management of advanced projects within building automation, HVAC&R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration), and BMS/CEP (Building Management Systems / Central Energy Plants), as well as energy management and digital building technologies. You will oversee both complex, large-scale new-build and retrofit installations and smaller upgrade and service projects in commercial and industrial facilities.
