Quantity Surveyor: Cost Control & Estimation Expert

Syarikat Lian Ping Enterprise Sdn Bhd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage QS works, including pre-contract and post-contract tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating, tender preparation, cost analysis, and material budgeting.

This role includes inviting quotations, negotiating with subcontractors, preparing bills of quantities, and handling progress claims and final accounts. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
