Quantity Surveyor: Cost Control, Tenders & Claims

RENESCO INJECTION (WATERPROOFING) PTE LTD is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to perform comprehensive QS tasks in Singapore. The role involves obtaining quotations, negotiating with sub-contractors, and managing contract risks to ensure efficient building construction projects.

Ideal candidates will possess a Degree or Diploma in Building, with a minimum of 3 years in a full QS role, preferably on A1 Main-contract or large residential projects. Proficiency in contract forms and the SOP Act is essential.
