Quantity Surveyor (Cost Management)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (Cost Management): Job Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly cost reports, comparing actual costs against projections and documenting variances with appropriate justifications. Analyse project requirements and identify potential cost impacts, including forecasting additional costs where applicable. Ensure cost allocations and payment projections are accurately aligned with specific work activities. Review and validate projected costs against purchase orders and site records during monthly closing processes. Monitor and track site-related expenses across various trades to ensure cost efficiency. Source and obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors, and prepare detailed comparison analyses. Measure and verify quantities based on drawings, using manual methods or relevant software tools (e.g., CostX or equivalent).
