Position Title: Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter
Working Location: 15 Yishun Industrial St 1 #09-21 Win5 Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (Saturday, 9am – 1pm)
Employment Type: Permanent
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter to support both cost management and technical drawing works for construction and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling quantity surveying duties as well as preparing technical drawings to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities Quantity Surveying Duties- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Assist in tender submissions and cost analysis
