Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, and cost estimation for MEP works
- Track project variations, claims, and cost control
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors & procurement team
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents and bids
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Coordinate with engineers for scope of work clarification
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering
- Fit-out project experience is a must
- Min 5-8 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical costing
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software
- UAE DL is required.
