Job Description
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and commercial acumen. You will have:
- A qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
- At least 5 years’ NZ‑based senior estimating / QS experience within the civil construction sector
- The ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Proven experience working collaboratively with subcontractors and clients
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Be Hamilton‑based and legally entitled to live and work in New Zealand
