Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with below experiences:
- Must have minimum of 2 years and above of relevant working experience
- Pre contract & estimating
- Experience in handling pre contract work especially in take offs and measurements
- Exposure to residential or building construction in below mentioned materials:
- Interior Trades
- Drywall/ plasterboard
- suspended or decorative ceilings
- fit out, partitioning, linings
- Familiar with tools such as On Screen Takeoffs (OST) or Quick Bid
- Planswift or BlueBeam
