Role Description
- Prepare initial cost estimates and budgets during the concept and design development phases.
- Develop detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost plans for interior design elements, including finishes, fittings, furniture, and customs.
- Provide cost comparisons for design alternatives to support decision‑making.
- Prepare tender documentation and manage the tender process for main contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
- Evaluate and analyze bids and quotations, negotiating rates where necessary.
