Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
to join our Singapore team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering cost consultancy services for mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects across various sectors, ensuring value, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost plans, budget estimates, and feasibility studies for M&E works. Manage tendering processes, including documentation, analysis, and procurement strategy. Administer contracts, including sub-letting, change control, and interim valuations. Monitor project costs, prepare monthly financial reports, and manage final accounts.
