Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead on all M&E Quantity Surveyor related matters
- Responsible for the full suite of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre‑contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take‑offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for M&E disciplines;
- Formulate procurement strategy; prepare tender documentations, cost reports and cost plans; administer tender process; evaluate tenders and submit tender recommendation reports;
- Review variation request order; assess the associated variation costs, monthly financial report; process of progress payment and final account;
- Work closely with the Project Team to provide cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre‑construction, construction and post construction stage.
